Services Policy

General Assignments / General Projects: Once work is confirmed and resources are allocated, payments are non-refundable.
Customized / Unique Work: We strive to deliver original and high-quality work. If a verified duplication issue occurs, we may offer correction, revision, or replacement at our discretion.
Consultation / Guidance Services: Fees paid for completed consultation sessions are non-refundable.
Downloadable Digital Products: Once delivered or accessed, no refund can be issued.

Replacement / Revision Window

Any issue related to delivered work must be reported within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery with clear supporting evidence. Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for review.

All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts where the business operates.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without contacting support first may delay resolution.
